Getting Started Help

Greetings Community,
I am hosting with MacHighway and have recently installed Concrete 5. When I log-in using 'admin login' it directs me to site's homepage. There is no evidence of concrete 5 and I see no place to start editing/building. It is simply my homepage.
Please help!
