Go Daddy database error, then the edited page lost all it's content

I have a client running c5 on GD. Last night, a database error came up following a Save, and the content of that page was subsequently blank. I tried using the versions feature to roll back to a previous version, which appeared to succeed but the page was still blank. Anyone have any ideas when this might have happened? I'm running 5.4.2.2.
