GoDaddy How to?

Anyone done this? I'm struggling with a couple installations and there's some challenges popping up here and there. I've found some scattered posts to be helpful but a full blown guide would be great. If no one responds I'll write one I guess.

My advice: Chuck GoDaddy now before you get your site up. Switch to another service like Arvixe. GoDaddy is well known for it's problems!!
