Google Analytics Dashboard Installation Problem

Hello all,

I've run into a problem, an answer to which I've not been able to find here or elsewhere. I'm trying to install Google Analytics on my Concrete5 site (on the pages of which I've already put the enabling code discussed athttp://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/usage/google_analytics/... ). When I try to paste the tracking code from Google Analytics into the Tracking Code box in my Dashboard, however, I get an error message. In Firefox (on OSX), I get an error page telling me, "The connection was reset. The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." Refreshing the page simply gives me the same error. In Safari, I get an error page saying "Safari can’t open the page … because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again." Refreshing the page brings me back to the Dashboard (where the Tracking Code box is still blank), with an error message at the top that says "Invalid form token. Please reload this form and submit again." I've tried this on two browsers over two days multiple times each day. Does anyone have an idea of what's going wrong and how I can fix it?

Thank you very much! I appreciate your help!

My best,
Jacob L.

I believe that is a server issue, contact your host.

Mnkras,

Thanks very much for your reply. I think that you're right, or that it at least had to do with the firewall at my place of work. I tried re-installing the code from my home computer, which isn't behind my work firewall, and didn't have any problems. I'll remember that for the future.

Again, thank you!

My best,
Jacob L.
