Has anyone every come across this?

Hi all I was wondering if anyone may have come across this before on the attached file the c5 logo sits over the edit page area I have put C5 on a couple of other test sites before and they all work well this one has me stumped as with this sitting over the top I cannot edit any pages any help would be greatfully appreciated as I'm going stir crazy!

Also attached is the index.php just incase

Had this once, ended up that my css file had UI reset in it which made the style on all <ul> broken.

Check out the interpreted style in firebug.

I've had a look I can't see anything is there a particular common line I look for do you know?

There's this style:

img {
   border: 0;
   width: 186px;
}


Try removing "width: 186px"..

All worked fine cracking along getting it done then bang the editing does not work.
I have re-installed concrete all the editing codes are there any ideas anyone?
Nothing seems to be missing
