Help accesing website.

Hello! I am not making a website. I'm trying to go to someone elses website. But whenever I try to connect, it says everything's good except I need to disable PHP's ASP style tags. Is this a website error or a client error, and if its a client error, how do I fix it?

Disabling ASP style tags is a server setting.
