Hello,

I recently moved a concrete5 install from one host to another, everything seems to run fine except editing existing blocks. When I click 'Edit Page' and select a box to edit I am just allowed the 'Move' and 'Delete' options in one popup, then another popup shows up below this with overwritten Help and 'Copy to Scrapbook' links. Seems like the edit link is burred in this pile of overwritten text.

Question:
Does anyone know which files are missing/corrupt that control the popup box which need to be replaced to correct this behavior? Any help is very much appreciated!

Also when I login and visit pages the popup automatically shows up just with a link to 'Help'.
