Help live site broken! 500 server error on main page after updating mail plugin

Hi,
My main page ofhttp://bit.ly/WjVI54 is broken after I updated Mailing List - 2.36. How can i quik fix it? I can't acces Mailing List in dashboard or extention section.
EDIT:
FTP say's "Disk quota exceeded" So thats probably the problem when I was trying to update the add-on. The weird thing is I can view other pages except the index.php page.
