My domain name expired but I still have all of the files on my host and backed up. I've copied and reinstalled c5 several different ways but somehow every install keeps forwarding and redirecting to the old url. I even changed the .htc access files...pretty urls were enabled before the site expired. I don't know if that has to do with anything. The new files and installs are all on a different active unrelated domain...what would make the index.php file still point to the old expired domain?! I would like to take the files and place them on a different domain and reinstall the site there - how can I do this?
