HELP PLEASE: After move my site to another server, you MUST login to see the page

hi @ all!
big problem: after a change of my webserver, i can for example install a concrete5 - normal - everything is ok - but when i restore my backup from my old provider server, i ALWAYS have to log in??? why? all files and the DB is copyed 1:1!
all sites normaly are for guests too!
can enyone help me?

ok, now i have see, if i use on my new server the old DB on the old server (very slow), everything is ok... but why? whats the problem when i copy th DB or "backup/restore" it?
Did you change config/site.php after you copied to your new server to reflect any changes between servers? You might also try uploading the concrete5 files again

now ... i saw ... the prolem was a redirekt to login = the .htaccess was BAD!
