HELP!!! "There are already 124 tables in this database. Concrete must be installed in an empty database."

How do I go about deleting the tables in the database so that I can start building my website from scratch again?
I have no idea where to find the tables to delete what is in there.....

Sometimes I am too silly for my own good! Don't worry, I stopped and thought it through and have installed with a newly created database!

Hopefully this thread may help someone who has a baby brain blockage like me at some point!
