Help with Fatal Error on Install

Hi,

I get this error on installation after the database is loaded and I am not sure how to fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Fatal error: Class 'Concrete5_Model_BlockTypeList' not found in /home/test/public_html/concrete/models/block_types.php on line 4
