have you converted the theme to concrete5 format and or have you uploaded it to root/themes?

Well you may not have installed sample content- try adding a page first. Designs you make have to be formatted in a way so that c5 can use them.

will show you how.

well then you need to upload your design via ftp to the themes folder, and then go to dashboard/pages themes

you're hosting with bluehost right? so go to your bluehost control panel and click on file manager. then click on public_html. Then go to whatever folder c5 installed in (it may be installed in this folder. if so click on themes and then upload your theme there.) otherwise upload it in the themes folder inside the folder that c5 is installed in. Then go to dashoard/pages themes and install the theme.

if you want to private message me with the ftp details, the theme folder, and the site details i could do it for you.
but to recap upload to the root directory of c5 install/themes then on the dashboard page pages/themes scroll to the bottom and your theme should be there.
