Hidden page type icon

Attached is a screenshot of my dashboard when attempting to select a page type. The last icon goes to a new line and gets hidden under the theme menu. But why? Porque? Is there a rift in time-space?
Yes, the screenshot is in the future because it won't upload for some reason. In the meantime, the right most page type icon goes to the next line down and gets hidden behind the lower theme menu. Normally scroll bars appear, but not in this case. Any ideas anybody?
