Home page going to localhost

I am trying to load the homepage in my browser on a test machine, but it goes tohttp://localhost and not the domain entered. Is there a configuration setting I may have incorrectly set?

In the folder config I found the file site.php and the variable BASE_URL which was set incorrectly .All good now.
