How can i use Akismet and Recaptcha Antispam on my C5 website?

I found that i´m recieving a lot of email spam from my site and i looked everywhere to see if a could put an Akismet key in some place... anybody knows how to do that in C5? May be that i´m using an older version but i´ve done a lot of work and that´s why i haven´t change to a new released. Thanks for your answers :)
