How do I assign domain name to C5 Intallation?

I'm sorry to be asking such a basic question, but I have searched the documentation and forums and still can't find what to do.
This is my first C5 install and loving it :) - I am more used to using WordPress. I have my hosting with Arvixe as (e.g.) mycompany.com and the C5 installation is in a sub-domain e.g. mycompany.com/c5install.
I have purchased a domain name and pointed the nameservers to the Arvixe directory as shown above. What I can't work out is where I tell C5 to use the domain name?

aaagh - I run all my WP sites in sub-directories, didn't know I couldn't do the same. I don't usually have the domain purchased at the time of writing the site.
So, next question is - now I have the site complete (and in a sub-directory) how do I create a new install and move it?

Are you familiar with FTP? If so, you could just copy everything over to the proper directory with FTP. Of course, you may want to backup your database first, to be safe.
IS this linux, or windows hosting?

Hmmm, haven't used cPanel on windows before, but I suspect you should be able to create an add-on domain in cPanel and make its root directory the folder you have this installation of concrete5.
For example, if you want to use Concrete forhttp://www.mycompany.com, you would need to install directly to that directory, not in a sub-directory.
If you're using a one-click install (some web hosts now have this for Concrete), be sure to install it to the domain itself, NOT on a subdirectory (unless you specifically want this).
In short, Concrete only runs in whatever directory you put it in.
