how do i send an email from my new web email?

I know this might be an obvious one - but i cant work it out!

this is a question for your web host provider.
Well you could try your web host but if its budget chances are its going to be a bit of a nightmare to figure it out.
Instead check out Sitewide Settings and visit the Email tab. From there select smtp then configure it.
