How do I Update to 5.7.5.13??

My site is on hosted by WESTHOST and I need to update the newer version. I have downloaded the version but I'm at a loose how to go about updating my server at WESTHOST.
My current version won't work due to a change in php 5.?? to 7.??.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version is your current website? Anything that is 5.6.x or 5.5.x can not be directly updated to 5.7+ the site will need to be rebuilt.
My current version is 5.6.3.1. When you say rebuilt... from scratch????
Unfortunately, yes. There is no upgrade path from 5.6 to 5.7, there is a migration tool here -https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/customizing_c5/5.6-to-5.7...
