How do you install Concrete5?

I have tried to install Concrete5 3 times and it's not working. Can someone help? I did the permission steps but I still can't get it to work. See link

When I did a search on your problem it seems to be a server misconfiguration.

Apparently for some web hosts, there are specific instructions.

Maybe someone else can guide you further if these options don't work for you.
