How long should it take for purchased downloads to show?

I just purchased an addon. I presume it should show in my "Added Functionality" section of the dashboard but it's not there. How long should this take?
Also, if I purchased an addon as a different user is there a way to release the license to my "other" user.

Resolved. (At least Part I is resolved.) For anyone else that has this issue, my site was showing twice in my "projects" list so I released the license from the 2nd instance and then added it to the first instance of it.

Add your alter ego as a collaborator (contributor?) on your site that needs the license.
You can always download an archive and upload manually via FTP to your packages folder too.

Okay I've done that and I see the second user in my list. When I go to licenses I only see the license for the primary account.
