The urls should remain unaffected on install. If they are not under the installed blog section, you can simply move them to it from your sitemap.

You may also simply need to open them up, change the page_type from blog_entry to the much better pb_post page_type, check tags..ect, and save them at least once.

That should be it though.

Also, always better to use the product support area.
