How to change standart blog on problog and import all posts?

Hello! I want to install problog on site with standart concrete5 blog (kalexe.ru/blog). How I can import all last posts, all disqus comments, save all URLs, tags and other?

once you install Pro Blog, it should be as easy as changing all the "blog_entry" page type pages (your existing blog post pages) to "pb_post" (or whatever the pro blog post page type is)!!
