How to: From CMSMS to C5?

Hi
is there a way to import my CMSMS (CMS Made Simple) site into C5 by now?
If I use all my links (in Google) I surely would appreciate it if I could at least keep my content.

currently there is no easy way to do it besides copying and pasting
I have a simple CMSMS site and am just starting a new site with C5. If your CMSMS site isn't too big then it won't take you very long to manually copy the content across to C5.

Just watch out when you copy and paste your content, sometimes it can screw up the look and feel of your site.
Also it be a good idea to build a strong solid dev site and backup the old one just in case something goes wrong.
