HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
Permalink
Not sure what the hell happened, but I went to the dashboard and peformed an online back-up, but stupid me forgot to download the back-up to my hard drive.
Then I used the dashboard to upgrade the site to the current version. Sent me to a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error page. My website no longer loads.
Went back to my host control panel and upgraded the site from there. Same result.
Rolled the site back to the prior installation. Same result.
Rolled the site back to an installation from October last year. Now I get a notice that it's trying to restore a back-up in progress, but the back-up selected does not seem to be available anymore on my server. It asks me to select a new back-up, but the host no longer gives me the old options for the installation (ie. upgrade, admin login, uninstall, advanced, find support).
Thinking of contacting my host to see if they can help. I didn't think upgrading would be so dangerous. Been running into bugs all day using Concrete5.

Will test upgrading again later on.
