I need Concrete 5 DNS numbers

Hi,
After I had started my project I got a very stupid idea and pointed my DNS numbers at a different Host.
I am now cured of my stupidity (not completely, still some treatments) and I want to "re-aim" them back to Concrete 5. However, since I have absolutely NO memory cells (the 60's are to blame) I cannot remember them. Would you be so kind as to share them with me?

Are you hosting with concrete CMS Inc?
or are you hosting on your own server
