I've now purchased the same add-on twice with no way to upload it.

I've gone right from my website dashboard and purchased Snapfish drop down menus (twice now). They are happy to take my money but then I get to a point where it forces me to assign the add-on to a project license for my work website. I cannot opt for anything else at this point and I can find no way to create a new project or license. Once I do that my add on disappears into the ethers. I can download it to my desktop but I have no idea how I am supposed to get that to my webhost (Bluehost) or what I'm supposed to do with it. I tried loading a free add-on from my dashboard and it worked just fine and showed up right where I expect it to.
I see nothing in the help files that address this and while I understand that open source means no real time assistance, it seems like when you are spending money, there should be some way to talk to a human being about this.
I've really liked working with Concrete 5. I've purchased and installed the same add on for my work site and I've purchased and installed other add on for this personal site. This is the first time it hasn't worked automatically and easily.

Not trying to be disrespectful of anyone but it is frustrating when the best help you can get is four word answers that don't really answer the question.
did you connect your site to the community?
Yes, thank you, I did. And when I downloaded several free add-ons, they loaded perfectly and showed up as ready to install on my dashboard.
Log in to the concrete5.org site. Got to your account ("My Account" top left). In the menu at the right sidebar choose "Projects". Click on the project name of the relevant project. Is the addon (it's superfish, not snapfish, isn't it??) listed under "Add-Ons and Themes"? If not: go to the bottom of the page and choose it in the selectbox containing "** Select a License"... (this is to connect your license to your project!)
If this was not the problem, you probably should refer to the superfish addon page and write to the developers (in the support forum)

Hopefully you are resolving this issue. For future reference, when you pay for an addon you get free tech support (go to the marketplace page for the addon and click the "support" link in the sidebar).
In regards to people being "happy to take your money", it is an automated system so it's not like someone is on the other end knowingly double-charging you -- I'm sure if you ask for a refund for one of the licenses and explain the situation, they will give you a refund.

please don't start multiple threads on the same topic btw.
