check down the forums. your definitely not the only one.

I have deleted my website and concrete 5, as no one has been able to help. I see that many others have had or are having this problem, so until they can figure out a way to prevent this dashboard issue (which is a very important element) from happening to people, they are going to lose more people using this software. It is not worth the aggravation.

Its a Sunday. Coming up to Christmas. Perhaps waiting until Monday when the real workers are online would have yielded some help.

You gave a service you use for FREE 3 hours to respond..

I think you need to go pay for customer support if your dumping on this amazing product for not jumping when you say jump, and asking how high you want them while they are in the air.

Your expecting top line instant support for free software...

Listen here, it took me all fricken day to create my website, and not 5 minutes after I was done, the software failed me. If your experience has been so great here, then bully bully for you. That has not been my experience, or the experience of the (many) people who have had this dashboard issue.

Now mind your business, because if you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem, and I have had enough.

MnKras, thank you for trying to help me but I have already deleted and started over. I started trying to resolve this issue almost 24 hours ago, and I had one user trying to help me but we couldn't resolve the problem, at which point he said it was beyond his knowledge base. I wrote to two other users for help but they had not responded. I was extremely upset to the point of tears yesterday and today I just decided to cut my losses especially since there are so many other with the dashboard problem. One user even posted that there should be some kind of safeguard against this. Anyway, thanks again and I saw that you are very knowledgable and I wish I had found you yesterday.

There are many fine folks on this forum giving their time and expertise in helping out others. A destructive attitude does not go over very well on this forum or any other worthwhile forum I know. Frustration is unfortunately part of doing great things. While understood you are frustrated, got to tell you, spending a mere day on building a site, unable to wait a while on a Sunday for the great support this forum offers, and then unleashing a rage on another member about how and what you think, you may want to consider doing something else somewhere else.

C5 is a pretty darn good CMS, free or not, that has built hundreds of thousands of great sites by both novices and top expert developers who interact on this forum. That is not to say you will not at times feel backed into a corner with what appears to be an unsolvable problem, which a majority of the time is resolvable with the great support delivered by members of this forum worldwide.

Ok people, stop taking my experience so personally and go on back to living your lives. Nothing to see here. Elvis has left the building.

You deleted the site. Why would we bother to help you if you dont need it.

I spend weeks or months on a site. Forgive me that your loosing a days work isnt ruining my day. And we commented I the fact you waited 3 hours for someone to answer your forum post

If your wanting to get any help In The future, you best change your attitude.
