'Image Not Found' on my pages, permission denied on upload from file manager, file not found on rescan.

Hi I am having some trouble with a concrete5 installation.

This is the concrete5 site.http://www.zeteo.com/mar/

I cannot upload images to file manager
Images won't display on the page I just get 'image not found'
Rescanning images does not work I get another error telling me the file cannot be found.

If I follow the link from the image properties box the image is there and I can see it through ftp, and thumbnails load when I edit the blocks that contain the images.

The site is hosted atwww.www.equilateralmedia.co.uk/zeteo/mar/...
But the domain namehttp://www.zeteo.com is setup on the server so to use this address as it's directory. This isn't domain forward however, it is actually setup as a hosted domain.

The problem started as just an access denied error when the client tried to upload images, shortly after I setup the domain name. I tried to upgrade concrete5 after this to see if it would fix the issue and it made the site completely broken so I created a fresh install and linked it to my old database and copied the files directory, theme and packages over.

It's all so very complicated

Any ideas?

Probably a permission thing. Check the ownership and group of the files folder and check which permissions the folder has.

If you can't change the permissions somehow, you just have to call the hosting firm and let them check.

If you apply permissions, you should mark 'recursive'. By doing this, the permissions are also set on files / directories under the main folder.
