It's been a while since I've used C5, and I'm testing an installation on a GoDaddy account.

During install, the initial screen appears as normal, as the images and page elements appear with proper CSS rendering. Upon click of the "Continue To Installation" button, the subsequent page does not render correctly, as the images and other elements are calling the base URL followed by the server path.

Attempting to proceed with the configuration options renders a page results in a 404 error to the following URL.

http://lab.mediaarmory.com/____SITES/SUB01/____LAB/concrete5/index....

I've looked upon the web and this forum and also looked through files for configuration options that could be overwritten but have found no reference to such an issue. I've already modified the php.ini file to include cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1, which solved a common issue. Screen captures are attached. Any assistance is appreciated.
