Instalation Problem

Hi all

I have followed the instructions given here:

When I get to step 26 and try to visit the page I get the following error:
Server Error in Application "68972619-NRGROADSHOW.COM"
and a
HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Can somebody help me please?
