Install C5 with Mamp, dashboard blocked

Hi, I install C5 on Mamp. Almost everything goes well except that when I click dashboard on the top and enter the dashboard, whole site is blocked. It seems that some process in C5 has not complete when entering dashboard. Does anyone meet the same or similar situation like this? Hope your help.

Make sure all files were unzipped

What's the meaning of unzip all files? I download the C5 as a zip compressed package, unzip it to MAMP's htdocs directory. That's all I do. Is there anything I missed?
