Install issue on latest version

I've installed C5 at least 50 times and I've never had an issue until now. Got this message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2048 bytes) in /hsphere/local/home/c75816/patentai.com/concrete/core/libraries/loader.php on line 218
Plenty of memory on my end so I think there is an install issue with 5.6.2.1. Has anyone else seen this?
