After I fill out the admin info and database info and click "install" it just kicks me back to the CHoose your Language page.
previously it gave me an error about timezones not matching, so I added date.timezone="America/Detroit" to my ini file and now it doesn't give me the error anymore, but it still just kicks me back to the Choose your Language page when I click install.
