Install missing images

I just installed Concrete5 to my server. It's missing images (like the little wheel above dashboard). When I installed a theme from the marketplace I had the same issue. The images from Plain Yogurt do not show. Files in the file manager do not have images. It's appears like a blank file.
What am I missing here. Thanks in advance.

1 the images were not uploaded
2 the permissions on the files are wrong
