install new theme

I have created a folder on my hosting site.www.www.balloonsafari.com/concrete5/ontherail....
I want to install a new theme and there is a point where I receive a warning. This will overwrite you file are you sure you want to continue.
I am running my website athttp://www.balloonsafari.com. Does overwrite mean all the file including the root of balloonsafari.com, or does this mean that it will overwrite the folder "/ontherail"only?
Thanks
Robert

Thanks so much for helping me out. I am learning to use this platform with no real prior coding experience.
My first effort iswww.www.franklincommunityplayers.org... which is the free and separate domain at my balloonsafari.com site at bluehost.

http://www.balloonsafari.com/concrete/test... is my present development folder on bluehost.

The balloonsafari.com site is not created with concrete5 it is just the hosting domain. Eventually I plan to take that site and recreate it in concrete5, but lots of learning first.

I just want to make sure that there will be no damage to that site.

Can I add /dreamy or /touching etc to the path for each new theme I install. If so, what is the process for adding these folders?
If I create a site using one of the path folders, what is the process to take that site live but separate from the balloonsafari.com hosting area.
Hope I am not asking too much stuff here.
Thanks

Back Again!!!
Last evening I decided to change my process. Using Simple Scripts, I created balloonsafari.com/concrete/ontherail
balloonsafari.com/concrete/faith
balloonsafari.com/concrete/balloonsafari installation folders.
I did a new install of concrete 5.3.3.1 at each branch.
I started working on the /faith site last night and downloaded a new theme and did some basic work with content etc.
Today, I cannot enter the site. If I click admin log in, I get a page requesting my email address and password. When I insert the email a message come us that the email is not found.
after several time with this. I clicked register and inserted the same email address and created the password again.
I receive an email from the server telling me I am now a register user for concrete5.
I clicked the link and the login page come up. I inserted the new email and password, and it still give me the same message.
Help Please!!!

ok what you can do first is go into yout my sql database via php admin or another way go to the users table and find the email address,

then go to the login page and use forgot password with the email you got from the database

relating to themes if it is a package it goes in the /packages directory if it is not packaged then just in /themes

Thanks Mnkras,
Sorry by I am clueless on how to view the mysql data base or other things you mentioned about the tables and the etc.
Now I am lock out of all of my websites because the system does not recognize any of my email addresses.
Actually, I typed in you@yourdomain.com and it said a password change would be sent to that address. Sooo because that address does not exist I am SOL...
My wife had a simliar issue when she tried to create permissions for users on a site she created. She ultimately had to have bluehost re-set the server to the last backup to get into the site.
I certainly hope this is not the case here.
Thanks
Robert
