install the latest version of Concrete

I am attempting to install the latest version of Concrete. Due to limitations on my hosting server, I needed to unzip all files locally, and FTP the contents to the my server.
someone has a way to help me !

Hello,
What is it exactly that you need help with? Finding a way to be able to unzip directly on the server? Or did the install fail? Or...?
