Install snafu

I just went through the installation process. I got the check marks on all the required test items then the following message after filling in the required information and clicking install concrete:
Fatal error: Class 'DateTime' not found in /var/www/vhosts/jfwebsites.com/httpdocs/concrete/concrete/helpers/date.php on line 68
