Installation error on fresh install

I keep getting an error message when doing a fresh install on GoDaddy. I haven't had issues before and I just pulled both version concrete5.6.1.2 and concrete5.6.2. I receive the same error with both. What am I doing wrong or what am I missing? Please help! See error message from attached image.

Check your folder permissions. Go into your permission settings and make those folders writable. More info here:http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/2323/changing-file-permissi...
