Installation error on fresh install

I keep getting an error message when doing a fresh install on GoDaddy. I haven't had issues before and I just pulled both version concrete5.6.1.2 and concrete5.6.2. I receive the same error with both. What am I doing wrong or what am I missing? Please help! See error message from attached image.

Hi There,

You will need to change the permissions on the directories mentioned in the pre install check, to do this you will need to go into your Godaddy hosting and into your file manager, there is a Godaddy step by step for this here:

You will need to change the permissions so that they are writable, not sure if all servers are the same in this respect but mine are set to 755.

Hi kbangert92,

Also, here is a link to their guide on performing a manual installation:
http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/4675/manually-installing-co...

If they offer Softaculous, it can be installed with just 1 click. Here is a guide I did on that:

I hope this is helpful,
John-Paul
