Installation failure

Can anyone help me? Installed 5.2.2 and although the installation seems successful i get this message when i tried to log-in as admin "Fatal error: Call to a member function getPackageHandle() on a non-object in /home4/majestic/public_html/concrete/helpers/concrete/urls.php on line 33"

I'm clueless what this means. HELP!
