Installation help - permissions

Hi
I'm having a couple of problems installing concrete5 on a client site.

I have it installed here

http://www.clairefuller.com/concrete5/...

I'm getting an error message about permissions. I have set all the folder permissions correctly but I am still getting errors.

Attached is the error message, I have also included the folder structure on the client site, do I have this set up correctly, any help would be appreciated.

Phil

Hi Philmonk,

Is the server perhaps a windows server?
Last week a had the same issue, I thought I could just change the permissions in my FTP program, but it turned out I had to do it by some admin page.

The config, packages and files directories have to have writable otherwise the CMS wil not work.

You must chmod 755 concrete/libraries/3rdparty/htmldiff.py and disable PHP safe mode?
