Installation Help Please :-)

Hi i have uploaded all the files to my webserver but then when i visit the URL to get the installation page i get the following:

Fatal error: Class 'Loader' not found in E:\domains\t\the606.co.uk\user\htdocs\concrete\dispatcher.php on line 23

Any ideas what ive done wrong?

I suggest you re-place your /concrete folder with a new one. There might be something missing in the one you try to use right now.

Looks to me like there is a permission problem on your server since it can't access the files.
going tohttp://www.the606.co.uk/concrete/dispatcher.php... gives an error on a different line.

can you check the permissions on your files and folders to see if all access rights are correct?

Read/Write on the directories and the owner of the files

Permissions are all ok.... im at a dead end.

Im giving up for the evening and will try again from fresh tomorrow when my head is not so fried lol

umm, thats Not a c5 sites, where did you install it?

It was C5 last night, seems they installed something else instead.
