I am trying to install Version 5.7.3.1 on a new site following the concrete install protocol. The zip file was uploaded to the server in its appropriate folder and unpacked, a new database was created, and the install steps were followed. But I am getting this error message (see attached). I have discussed this with my programmer (who has installed concrete many times), and he believes all the steps are being correctly followed. Is anyone else having this issue with a new installation, or perhaps can offer a suggestion?
