Installation on Windows XP

Is it possible to install Concrete 5 on windows xp? I have IIS set up, php installed, and have set the wwwroot folder to full access for everyone, but the installation test still tells me that the server does not have access to the files/config folders?
Am i missing something or is the program not compatible.
