Installation on XAMPP - Cannot find class?

Hi

I have followed the installation steps (the INSTALL file is shocking BTW, absolutely no help whatsoever), but when I got to:

http://concrete.localhost, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'ADOdb_Active_Record' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\concrete\concrete\libraries\model.php on line 15

Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

I'm using XAMPP on Windows 7
