Installation onto Web Server here in NZ

I'm struggling.
I have downloaded the concrete5 files and transferred them to my webserver. I changed the name of the folder from "concrete5.4.2.2" to just "concrete" I assume this should be ok?
I have created the MySQL database and have a username and login.
Where I think I am now struggling is "then load up the page in your browser." or " run the script and enter your mySQL password etc"
But what address do I type in my browser in order to do this?
I think it should be athttp://www.mysite.co.nz/concrete
but when I do this I get "Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document. "
All help appreciated - Blair

So as opposed to a directory structure like the following:
you should have
If your ftp client allows it, you should be able to copy the contents of the 'concrete5.4.2.2,' and paste them to the current location of the 'concrete5.4.2.2' directory.
If not, just delete the folder and its contents, then re-upload only the contents.
Hope this helps!
