Installation Problem

I have previously installed concrete5 at bluehost via simplescripts and everything was fine.
Now, however, when I attempted the same process in another addon domain the file/folder structure is different than before (see attached files).Also, I cannot install addons.
I am not sure if this is a simplescripts problem or how to get a good installation.
