Thans for the quick reply!

Can you tell us how you updated your site? The error message indicates that there is a problem with one of the core permissions tables. It's like the files are 5.6 but the database is still 5.5.
I used HostMonster scripts.
I had 6 scripts eligible for upgrade.
I used their update all option.
Sent from my iPad 2

That's not good. Did you back up your database before allowing HostMonster to update your site?
I have a old backup.
I did the upgrade Friday nite and added a bunch of stuff yesterday.
My site was working great with the update last night with everything new I added.
Today I was downloading blocks to add to my site later from my IPad.
I tried today to see my site when I get the error.
My site was working great with the upgrade until today.

Drop your original concrete folder from the version before you updated over the top of /root/concrete and should be good.
Drop your original concrete folder ?
Not sure what you mean.
Not sure what you mean.
That means take a copy of your original concrete folder from the previous version you had before you upgraded and drop (copy) into your root/concrete folder. If your database didn't upgrade then this will match the files to the db.
Well that's a different situation. The upgrade went fine.
Are these new blocks installed or just sitting in your blocks and packages folder(s) ready to be installed? If they're in your blocks or packages folder, I would remove them one by one until your site works again. Did you check whether these blocks were compatible with 5.6?
@jmonroe... if the site was updated through the dashboard, then we need to find out what's in the site.php and how many times the site was updated automatically before we can be very specific about how to reverse the upgrade.

Just sitting to be installed.
How do I login to see my dashboard if I cannot see my site?

Tryhttp://www.yourdomain.com/index.php/dashboard/... to access the dashboard.
If you want to see what the site.php file contains, you will need to use ftp client and view the file.

As mentioned above, here is the url. Same error message appears:

How did you upload the blocks and packages to your site? Was it through FTP or by linking your site to the concrete5 marketplace?
When I say 'remove the blocks and packages', I mean through an FTP connection, not through your dashboard.

Marketplace > Add to Cart > Checkout > Save for Later > Assign License
I did this about 10 times.
After doing this, I got the error message.
Everything was working until I used the Save for Later option.

Sounds like a possible incompatibility issue maybe with the add-on.
I am at HostMonster looking at my files.
I am looking at the folder dto > blocks > concrete > blocks
which have a bunch with yesterday's date.
What folder would I find all the save for later blocks I picked today?
Thank you for your patience.

If you just clicked 'Assigned License' on the 'Save For Later' page then the stuff actually doesn't physically get downloaded to your site until you got to 'Dashboard->Add Functionality' and click the 'Download' button beside each new item.
Can you confirm exactly what folder you are finding your new stuff in? The folder you quoted doesn't make sense because it shouldn't exist at all.

If you installed manually, then you will have to replace the folder called '[root]/concrete' with the 'concrete' folder that's in the zip file for your original version. These are available for download from:
http://www.concrete5.org/developers/downloads/...
What error(s) are you getting after you updated? Is there a live URL we could have a look at to see if it's a quick fix?
