Installing "Column Cruiser" theme (package)

I went to marketplace in my Dashboard. I attempted to get "Column Cruiser" theme. It popped up that I couldn't download it and that I had to install it manually. It sent me to the download page, and informed me that I needed to:
1. Download the theme.
2. Upload and unpack the package on your web server. Place the unpacked files in the packages directory of the root of your concrete5 installation.
3. Go to the Add Functionality page in your concrete5 Dashboard.
4. Click the Install button next to the package name.

Well. I downloaded the theme. I uploaded it where it says above. I went to the "Add Functionality" page in my Dashboard. Aahhhh, here's the problem ... there is no "Install" button, but there IS a "Download" button. (Hmmm. It has to know that I have the theme installed, because BEFORE I uploaded the files, it didn't offer that theme in "Add Functionality.") When I click the "Download," I get the following ERROR message:

"The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:
-There was an error unpacking your file. Perhaps you have not uploaded a valid zip file, or you do not have zip installed."

Two things ... ONE, not sure how to upload a zip, because when I download it, it automatically unzips it. TWO, it instructed me to upload UNPACKED files.

(In case anyone is tempted to mention the cache ... I cleared cache, closed down browser, and reopened it.)

I have concrete5 version 5.4.0.5. Anyone have a solution? Thank you in advance!!!

I attempted to delete this topic, but it wouldn't let me. So, let me just say that I figured it out. I've got it installed.

I'm having the same problem since I migrated my site to a new domain. Whats the solution?

Thanks!

What I figured out was I had installed it on my server incorrectly. When it downloads, it all comes under a folder named "theme_column_cruiser." What I did was put all the files and folder within that folder in the "packages" directory. Aaahhhhh ... that was my mistake. The WHOLE thing must be in that directory. So, I fixed it by adding a "theme_column_cruiser" folder in the "packages" folder. Then I moved all the files into that folder. Then when I went to the "Add Functionality" page ... amazingly the Install button was there.

I hope this helps your situation. It's tough to believe that someone else may have done what I did. If that isn't it, and you may already know this, but I believe that you must first connect to the community. I'm not completely sure about that but that's the only other thing that I can think of that may be the problem.

Again, I hope this helps you.
